Jamie Howard is the as the assistant coach for the California Storm, which competes in the Women's Professional Soccer League.

Formerly she spend 10 years as head women's soccer coach at William Jessup University for her seventh season. In six seasons, Coach Howard has turned the Lady Warriors into a California Pacific Conference power. She has a combined overall record of 56-24-9 and a 36-11-3 conference record. The Lady Warriors have won the California Pacific Conference three out of the last five years and advanced to the NAIA National Tournament twice in those five years. She has coached 34 All-Conference players, two CALPAC Players of the Year, two NAIA All-Americans and eight NAIA Scholar-Athlete award winners.


Howard was a part of the Lady Warrior's soccer team in 2005 as she transferred from CSU-Sacramento, where she previously played. As a player, Howard was a team captain and led the Warriors in scoring and assists with 7 goals and 7 assists on the year. She also was voted NAIA National Player of the Week and team Offensive MVP. During the 2006 season,
Coach Howard was a big part of the Warriors success on the soccer field as she helped as an assistant coach. Howard also has experience coaching at the club level for 7 years and team trainer for 9 years. In 2005, Howard was named NSCAA Regional Girls Youth Coach of the Year for the western region of the United States. She is a CYSA Licensing Instructor and holds her National "A" License.
